Outdoor Camera cannot reconnect after battery replacement

I have been a customer for a few years now and about 10 months ago after my outdoor camera battery was low, I replaced it with a fully charged one.  I was unable to reconnect the camera so customer service sent me a new one.  The new camera was able to connect right away.  This happened 3 more months and then customer service decided to send me a solar panel.  That worked until we hit a winter and the sun was unable to recharge the battery which then I removed to put in another fully charged battery.  To no ones surprise at my house, the camera could not reconnect to wifi.  Spent hours with customer service who finally sent me to the escalation team who only works during my working hours so a huge inconvenience.  First callback was supposed to be today, which never happened so I cancelled a work meeting for nothing.  Hoping tomorrow actually works.  Anyways, anyone else have issues with the outdoor camera like I have?  If so, what was the solution.  I even had my internet provider replace my modem.

@muckstang we apologize to hear about all of this trouble. We see that a member of our tech team did try to get in contact yesterday, but we have asked them to call you today as well.

If you haven't tried this already, we recommend rebooting your WiFi router to refresh its connections. You can do this by unplugging it for 30-60 seconds and then plug it back in.

Thanks for the info.  I have actually done every step, including rebooting router, at least twice each and every time this happens.  I do this before I call and then have to go through all the steps again while wasting my time on the phone with the rep.  I really hope the Escalation Tech is able to resolve me issue without going through these steps yet again.
