Motions Detected but No Recordings

Has anyone experienced their camera detecting motions but when you go to the app to check the recordings, nothing was recorded? I have called the CS, they suggested me to reset the camera. It also means I would need to rescan the camera to link it to my account... this is an out-of-state property, I would prefer not have to do that since I would have to pay someone to do it and give them my login credential. Any tips would Be helpful before I go with the reset route.

I am experiencing the same thing with one of my indoor cameras. Strange that motion can still be detected but there is no recording. My other cameras are running normally. Have you found a solution to solve this remotely??

@Bmakinano​ Are you able to view your camera's livestream? Also, do you not see any recordings for this camera in your timeline in both the mobile app and web app?

If you cannot view recordings using either the mobile or web app, I would recommend resetting your camera by pressing and holding the button on the top of it for 20 seconds. Once released, you will be prompted to set the camera up again.
