Video Recordings are available when subscribed to a Monitoring Plan that includes recordings - like the $27.99 Interactive Monitoring Plan.
Once a recording is made, it is saved to your Timeline, and you can access it from the SimpliSafe app. While a video is playing, hit the three-dot ⋮ menu icon, and select Download Video.
@davey_d I am subscribed to a monitoring plan. The three-dot icon is what I needed to answer my question about downloading. I notice there is a window where videos are no longer available so I guess there is a limit to how long videos are accessible for download.
Is there a way to down load multiple files for possible viewing later? I was just told it was possible by support but so far can only figure out to download 1 at a time. From time to time I get a customer complaint and being able to go back several weeks to when they drop their repair off would be extremly helpful. This is especially true with the "it didn't look like that when I dropped it off. We have cameras set up at our drop of area and now that situation has come up and being able to show our customer their item would save me alot of money right now. Most repairs take 3-4 weeks to complete and the customer may put off picking it up right away which puts us outside the 30 days window.

Hi, am I able to save my videos to a network attached storage device on my network? In other words, can I have the videos write to this device?
