Camera will not work with power cable plugged into outlet.  I can get the camera to work using the battery.

I have tried several trouble shooting options given to me using your text messaging system but still could not get the camera to function with the power cord.  Is it possible that I have a bad cord?

Either a bad cord or a bad camera, betting on the latter. Call support, ask them to review the text conversation. If not resolved, ask for a replacement of both the camera and power cord.

@DmGood55 It could be that the Power Cable itself is just not working. What troubleshooting steps did our agent walk you through? 

 

It could also be an issue with the outlet itself. I recommend plugging another device in the outlet, like your phone, to see if it charges that device.
