Doorbell no power
I already insert the doorbell wires into the provided terminals, and turn the power back on at circuit breaker,but the doorbell no reaction at. However I use miaco usb for power supply,it will work fine.

Hi @christiancheng1975,
It sounds like your Video Doorbell might not be getting enough power where it is installed. What is your current setup like? The Video Doorbell needs to be plugged into an existing analog/mechanical doorbell, and it requires an 8-24 volt transformer.
If your Video Doorbell is connected to a wired doorbell and you have an 8-24 volt transformer, you may need a Chime Connector to supply your Video Doorbell with the right amount of power. Our Support team can send you a Chime Connector free of charge!
