Doorbell Installation Issue: Old Doorbell had 4 wires instead of 2

I am trying to install my Video Doorbell Pro, however have run into an issue in that the old doorbell at our new home has 4 wires (white, red, green & black) instead of 2.  I have tried all of the possible combinations of these 4 wires and have yet to get any response from the doorbell.  Has anyone encountered a similar situation and been able to install the doorbell?

@ktgerloff hi! The Video Doorbell Pro is unfortunately compatible only with analog/mechanical doorbells. Do you happen to have one that is digital?

@Jimbo The requirements for the Video Doorbell Pro have not changed. It does still need to be installed with an analog/mechanical doorbell.

@Andymydock Do you know if you have a digital doorbell or digital chime box? The Video Doorbell Pro is only compatible with wired doorbells that have a mechanical chime.

I am having the same issue. Red, black, white, and green wires. Tried different configurations but not powering the doorbell at all. What is the solution for this?

@gtblount2 Generally, mechanical chime boxes has Trans and Rear wires. We recommend looking at the chime box and see what color the Trans and Rear wires are, and use them to power on the Video Doorbell Pro.
