@djlane1 Have you checked out the Video Doorbell Pro Stopped Working guide in the Help Center? This will take you through the steps of checking the Video Doorbell Pro's setup to ensure that it is getting proper power, and lists the steps to reset the device to clear it from an unresponsive state.
