Door bell
I bought the doorbell several months ago, I was unable to install it until now. When I opened the box and saw the micro-usb on the back I plugged it into computer too charge. The white light was flashing. In the meantime, I got the wires ready, made sure I had voltage on the faceplate then slid doorbell into place. No response. Tried pushing both reset buttons on the back and no response. Put it back onto the micro-usb and still no response. Any ideas on the problem here?

Hi @andrewd,
USB power will not charge the Video Doorbell Pro, so it could be that its battery is now low. I would recommend putting the Video Doorbell Pro back on its mount and leaving it there for about 10 minutes. And after the 10 minutes are up, check back in again to see if it's responsive.

How many wires are needed to wire the door bell? I didn’t buy one yet, but want to. Does it just use the 2 low voltage wires that are already ran to the door bell?
