Cameras not showing up in the app
My cameras are not showing up in the app, if I get a notification I can view it live but once I go back to the camera screen they are not there. This happens all the time and it will randomly fix itself. I’ve had this system for 5 years and it has always been a problem. I update the app every time a new one comes out. I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded.

Never heard or have had that happen, have you tried calling simplisafe and see what they may think?

If you haven't already, I would try resetting your cameras and then installing them back on your system. I've linked Help Center articles below that list out the steps for resetting each of our cameras:
