2nd Camera - Solid Red

I have one outdoor camera working fine.   2nd one starts with white flash, then goes solid red in a few seconds.

Camera is about 3 inches from base unit, and everything is a bout 2 feed from wifi.

Looking for ideas outside of take battery out and back in.   about 30 times so far.
