windows 11 / microsoft support

No direct download of the latest version of the 

app. I am told by support to download the new app from the Microsoft store and none exist. It is supposed to have the tool to fix my wifi issue. Any answers?? Suggestions??

Hi @dzereski, 

Are you trying to access your SimpliSafe account on a desktop? As Dlpsr mentioned, the SimpliSafe app for mobile devices is available for both iOS and Android, and it can be downloaded on the phone's app store.

If you're trying to access your account on a desktop, there is not a downloadable app for that, but you can access it in your web browser by going to webapp.simplisafe.com.

People want to see what their cameras see on something larger than a tiny phone.  Are you actually that naive or did someone tell you to act dumb?  We want a WIndows app, and the ability to have multiple passcodes, and a lot of things that are standard on most other vendors' systems!!!!!
