Website Control Panel: links stop working after saving changes

Hello, I'm new to SimpliSafe and have been attempting to to use the web-based Control Panel to make changes.  I am able to log in and navigate to the page but as soon as I make any changes, the links stop working (with the exception of "logout" and "help center").

For example, I updated a PIN, saved the change and then tried to go to the "Dashboard" link and it didn't work.  Same with all the other links.  No errors, the links are simply inoperable.

I tried on four different browsers with the same results.

Is anyone else experiencing this behaviour?
