Captain is correct; at this time the Base Station will only chime when an Entry Sensor is opened, there is currently no option for a voice alert.
If you would prefer something other than an audible chime when an Entry Sensor is opened, we also offer Secret Alerts. With Secret Alerts enabled, your phone will receive a push notification when an Entry Sensor is opened, and the Base Station will not chime. You can learn more about this setting in this Help Center article.
