Unable to log in

Exact same problem on iPhone 13. My partner thought she needed a new login, so created a new account. That obviously wasn't right. So we tried with the master login. But the iPhone kept using her biometrics. We deleted the passkey from KeyChain, deleted and reinstalled the app. But still no luck logging in.

Hi @ryannell ,

This sounds like a totally different issue. You're right, since SimpliSafe currently only supports single-user login, you'd want to log in under the same email and password that your account was activated under.

But something has gone very wrong with the multi-factor authentication on your account. Please contact our Support team so we can reset your login from our end.
