I'd presume the point is if the entries to the timeline and such will properly reflect local time or if they'll be 1 hour off.

Well if history repeats itself ALL archived times in the timeline will change by one hour instead of the times only from November 1st moving forward. This is a known problem the last few years. Remember your "Automatic Test Signal Received " time in your time. Check after the time change by going back into October in your timeline and see if that time has changed. Check both your phone app and online account timelines . I've got my fingers crossed.

sh2402, surely you jest, I'm sure SS has forgotten all about that (or continues to ignore it) and it will be the same this year, lol. But, we can hope for the best :)
