"This conversation is no longer open for comments or replies and is no longer visible to community members."

In September I made a post with a bunch of questions about the new outdoor camera. After a while, without any kind of response from SimpliSafe, I bumped the thread. Today when I checked the thread I see it was last active 4 days ago and this "status" is listed directly above the responses portion:

"This conversation is no longer open for comments or replies and is no longer visible to community members."

I'd like the thread to people as an example but as the status states, you can't see it. Oh and it's missing from my activity section in my profile when I filter for posts I've made.

SimpliSafe, was this a mistake? Did someone just hit the wrong button? Or was this intentional for some reason? I say, "for some reason" because no one from SS had replied in the thread and I received no direct messages.

Also, how many of my (and others) posts have received this treatment? Since we can no longer see them in our activity section do we need to just keep a list of the URLs of everything we post to make sure it doesn't get nuked w/o notice?

I look forward to a response and/or to bumping this thread in a few weeks when it still hasn't received a response. Whichever comes first. :)
