Staying logged in
Is there a way to not have the system log you out after 30 minutes on the web app? I'm wanting to view my outdoor camera full-time and I have to log back in and put the camera back to Live every 30 minutes. I have the camera set up with the solar panel, so battery use is generally not an issue.

Hi @joe_5627825 ,
The webapp should keep you logged in for about a day, assuming that you don't close your browser and/or clear your cookies.
But it sounds like you're actually talking about the camera's ability to stream. Our cameras are really designed more for responding to discrete events, and aren't intended for constant surveillance. So depending on the strength of the camera's connection, it will inevitably drop and have to be restarted again.

If I have the dashboard loaded I am being logged out every 30 minutes, regardless of whether I'm using the camera or not.

Why not just go back to allowing us to stay logged in if we wish?
