SOLVED Push notifications from Simplisafe are disabled

I have a problem with the push notification from the App (iPhone).

I have recently installed a second system at a second location. I have added it to my App without any issues and the App seems to work properly. Except for the push notification. I can receive text messages but not notifications for the app.

If I try to enable them, the screen says:

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS FROM SIMPLISAFE DISABLED
PLEASE GO TO YOUR PHONE'S SETTINGS SCREEN TO GIVE PERMISSION

I double checked the setting on my iPhone and everything is OK, notifications from Simplisafe's App are allowed, in fact I receive them regularly from the first location.

What am I doing wrong?


EDIT: deleting and reinstalling the app solved the problem.

Hi cldslv,

I suspect that the issue was something to do with app permissions, or else your login token. Glad to hear that completely deleting and reinstalling did the trick!
