Snooze Camera Motion Detection. Snoozing alerts is not sufficient
Company Perspective: I don't know why simplisafe would want to store all that extra video of me gardening.
If the notifications are snoozed but the camera is still recording, then Simplisafe is storing untold amounts of useless data. That costs them in so many ways.
Customer Perspective: The constant on and off of the camera drains the battery and produces a relentless stream of timeline videos you need to look through to find relevant moments.
Alternatively you turn off the motion detection and forget it for days.
How hard can this feature possibly be to code?

Hi @oprock,
The Snooze Notifications feature only pauses any motion notifications you may receive during that time, but the camera will still record in case you would like to look back on any of that footage.
We do have a feature in active development that allows you to tie the Outdoor Camera's motion detection to your system's armed mode so you can choose which armed states you want the camera to record in. When this feature is ready to roll out, an official update will be given in this thread.
We also have an open ticket with our devs for a feature that allows you to schedule the camera's motion detection to choose times when you do not want the camera to record. Once we hear any news from our devs regarding this feature request, we'll let everyone know over in this thread.

I am also looking forward to the Snooze option on my cameras. The batteries are draining WAY TOO FAST!
I use another brand of alarm at my mom's house, and it has the ability to snooze the cameras for 2,4,6,8 hours at a time. SimpliSafe really needs to have this feature.
