Second location
We bought a second home with another couple. Both of us have simple safe on our first homes. I got the second home added 1 couple can the other couple also add it to theirs?
just need it so all fours can control new system from their phones.

@russwissing10 The first question is do you both trust each other? If the answer is yes, you can have one from each couple on that location, each listed as a primary, and if you both know the login credentials, it should work. I would call support, walk through it, and see if it will work.

Unfortunately one system cannot be registered to multiple accounts. To access this second system, everyone would need access to the login credentials of the account it is currently on.
I see that you've already reached out to our Support team and they were able to transfer this system to a different account. If you have any additional questions, please let me know!
