Notifications for Two Sites

I have set up two systems on my iPhone. Notifications are turned on in the settings, and I have no problem with turning on the push notifications for one site. However, for the other site I get a message to turn on notifications in the settings. But they are turned on!!

Are there any suggestions?

It's very odd, considering that you actually have notifications already working on one account. And you're actually not getting notifications for that second property?

Would you also mind letting us know the exact text of that error message? We'll be forwarding this to our engineers to look into.

Have you determined a resolution for this yet? I’m having the same issue yet now Oct 2023. I’m happy to provide screenshots/whatever would be helpful. Thanks!

@simplicait​ sorry to hear that you've been having trouble. To clarify, are you seeing the same symptoms as the original poster, or Leelou42 below? e.g. are you able to successfully toggle the Notification setting on both locations?

You might want to try logging out of your account, then logging back in. There might just be an issue with connecting your locations to your phone's push notification system, and logging back in could reset that.

It would also be helpful to know your operating system version, and what device you're using, so we can try replicating the issue on our end.

I have this same issue.  The option for push on the 2nd account is gray and will not let you save it. Therefore, I get not door bell camera notifications. But I do get SMS notifications about device activity like the door locking or window opening, etc.
