Is there a way to implement Face ID or login security on APP?

Is there a way to implement Face ID or other login security on the Simplisafe APP? I have a Iphone X. My son now has a different security system that allows FACE ID on the phone to initiate access to the APP. Seems like an appropriate thing to have.
