iOS App Critical Alerts Don’t Sound On Mute
I was glad to see that Critical Alerts were added to the iOS app but I was quickly disappointed to find that the alerts will not sound of the iPhone is on Mute. The intended functionality of iOS Critical Alerts is for the alert to sound regardless of the sound and focus setting. It says so right in the iOS setting screen.
This isn’t an issue on other apps I have that use Critical Alerts so I’m not sure if this is a bug or just an oversight.

Hello @AMonitorDarkly,
Are the notifications you are referring to Push Notifications or email/text notifications? Critical Alerts only apply to Push Notifications received from the SimpliSafe app.

@emily_s @Yes these are push notifications. Specifically the ones for camera motion.
