How to log in?

I tried all the suggestion below for connecting with my PC to web page,  My account page does not  have the little person in upper right, it has manage account on upper left.  When I click here does open a page for account, but does not list or show any device that one can click on.  Does one have to have a paid subscription to get ability to use PC to view camera(s) etc?  thanks

@klbackes69 it sounds like you did find the way to get to the webapp (and you can also click this link here).

But from what you describe, you don't have your Base Station linked to your online account yet. You'll need to do that to enable Basic App Control. You can follow these instructions to set up!

@davey_d​ I'm trying to get my security system up to check a warning of a sensor not working and this BS came up and I got to go to work!

Hi @billfriend36869​, Was the system previously working and you're just now seeing this issue occur? Or did you just set it up? 

Have you had a chance to try the steps above to enable Basic App Control yet? If not, give this a try and let me know if it works for you.

It is almost impossible to login to simplisafe, says sent to my email and nothing, works once in a while.  I am getting to not like simplisafe at all.  I will stop recommending it for sure.

I had the same issue as many comments I read , some from months ago....guess I and they are missing something or else nothing has been done to fix this issue of just left hanging when trying to log in....takes me to verify this devise and then says close window but doesn't link to anywhere, so I try again and same thing.....Jack

@raytechstore​ Are you able to log in to your account using the SimpliSafe web app, or does it give you this same error when using the mobile app? If you haven't already, I would try removing the SimpliSafe mobile app from your device and redownloading it to see if that allows you to log in. If it does not, could you please send me a screenshot of the message you see when you try to sign in?

Also, do you have 2-Step Verification or Multi-Factor Authentication set up on your account? One of these account verification methods are required to sign in.

@pkvd​ Are you looking for more details on 2-Step Verification? With 2-Step Verification enabled, a code will be sent to the email address you have on file whenever you log into your account. For more information, I recommend checking out this article in our Help Center.

How can I review my bill and payment history?

@sharonwest105​ You can view your past invoices and payment history in the SimpliSafe Web App by taking the following steps:

  1. Go to webapp.simplisafe.com and log into your account
  2. Click Manage Account on the upper left corner of the screen (this is found under your email address)
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen until you see Monitoring Payments. This will show all of your past invoices
  4. From there, you can select the invoice you want to view by clicking on its invoice number
