Have two monitored properties. App keeps kicking out a house.

We monitor two properties with the app. Each  property is registered with  a different e-mail address, so we will log out of one property and re-log in with the other. 

Since the latest update, I can only use the app for one property. If I log out and log back using a different email address, everything about the property activated with that email is gone.

However, everything shows on the desktop.

I have called in to get technical support. No help.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled several times. i have st up both houses again, only to loose everything in the app.

any ideas? This is frustrating.

I did respond to your question in another thread. But your issue has been identified by our dev team, and a fix is already scheduled to go out very soon. Please update your app as soon as it's available!

@md2756​ the original poster is describing an issue that was resolved a couple of months ago, via an app update.

Are you having a similar issue right now? Like if you log out of one account, and log into a second account, you're not seeing accurate info?

Hello, I am having the same struggle. I am so incredibly frustrated with Simplisafe at this time. I have loved them for the last 3 years, but have recently spent 3+ hours on the phone trying to get my email address and phone number off my previous Simplisafe system since I am renting out my house and my tenant is using the Simplisafe. I bought a new one for my current home and haven't been able to set it up because I am stuck on the old account. My tenant has spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to get it sorted out and we get no where. Today I got hung up on by the representative that I talked to. She had suggested that I just leave my phone number on the account and turn off notifications. If there was an emergency at the rental, it would just be ignored since my info is still associated with it. I recommend Simplisafe to everyone, but these last few interactions are changing my mind. Not to mention, I'm paying a monthly subscription and can't even set up my personal Simplisafe since I am still on the other. The representative said that I need to create a new email address to set up my system which is also crazy since I already have an account with Simplisafe!

I am having the same issue with NO HELP! everyone just wants to argue and no resolution offered

@Lollyw0983​ This thread dates a few years back regarding an app bug that has since been resolved.

Are you experiencing the same symptoms as the original poster? When you log out of one account and log into another one, nothing appears in the mobile app?

If so, I would first try removing the SimpliSafe mobile app from your smartphone and then redownload it again. But if that doesn't help let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot.
