@garycd By "guest pw" I am guessing you mean PIN number? If that is correct, you can change it on your pc at the web dashboard. Go to simplisafe.com, click on the small circle with a person in it, located on the top left hand side and enter your user email and pw. From there (you may have to authenticate again) you will be taken to your dashboard with the navigation menu on the left.
Click on PINs, click Refresh and your "Custom" PINS will be on the right. Do you changes and then click save.

@Captain is correct here in that you can do this in the app. Just go to Location Profile > PINs > Add Custom PIN.
