@lyonsnigel When trying to hear your visitors through the Video Doorbell, is the microphone button in the SimpliSafe app being held down? You will not be able to hear audio when that button is pressed.
If the button isn't being held down, I would try removing and reinstalling the Video Doorbell. After reinstalling the doorbell, wait 10 minutes to allow it to connect and update before trying your two-way audio again. If two-way audio still isn't working after reinstalling the Video Doorbell, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team for additional help.
