Where do I find an inventory

of my installed devices?

Hi @tropicair, 

You can find the devices installed to your system using either the SimpliSafe mobile app or web app.

To view your devices using the mobile app:

  1. Tap My System on the bottom of the screen
  2. Select Device Settings to see all of your sensors
  3. Select Camera Settings to see your cameras

To view your devices using the web app:

  1. Log into your account at webapp.simplisafe.com
  2. Click Devices on the navigation bar on the left side of the screen to pull up a list of all of your installed devices

Is there a way to print out the device list?  My insurance company has requested it.

@rhdceo​ Dlpsr is correct, we do not have a feature in the mobile or web app that allows you to export/print all of the devices you have on your system.

But if your insurance company wants to know what type of sensors are in your home, and what they protect against, we do have the option of downloading a monitoring certificate to send to them. You can download a monitoring certificate by taking the following steps:

  1. Using a desktop or laptop, log into your account at webapp.simplisafe.com
  2. Select Monitoring from the navigation bar on the left side of the screen
  3. On the upper right side of the screen, click Download Certificate under the Monitoring Certificate header
