Critical Alerts option not appearing for SimpliSafe App
@davey_d iOS v16.1.1, Simplisafe v2078.46.1 (which the App Store tells me is the current version). I'm including a screenshot of my Settings > SimpliSafe > Notifications > Critical Alerts. Could you tell me where on this screen I should find Critical Alerts, or could some setting somewhere else be the problem? Thanks.

Hi @dhyoung48,
That is strange, because you are already on a newer version, and you are on the correct page. Here's what it looks like on my screen:
I will check with our dev team, but in the meantime. One important note is that you do need to enable Push Notifications in general - which I see you do have enabled there. I would suggest trying to toggle the Allow Notifications setting off, and then back on again. The menu item might appear below.

iPhone 12 running iOS 16.1. The Critical Alerts option does not exist in Settings > Notifications > SimpliSafe. If I need to take additional action to add this capability, it should tell me in your email update.

Whats weird is my wifes phone doesn't have that critical alert section but mine does. Both on the latest version of IOS. We share the same Simplisafe app and login so settings are all replicated. She doesnt get alerts anymore (as of a week ago) but I still do. Opening a simple door triggers a push alert to my phone but not my wifes. Confirm notifications are all exactly identical on each phone.

Update - didnt think about deleting the app and reinstalling on her phone. Once done, she is getting push notifications again however, critical alert is still not there for her.
