Connection Error
On my android phone, I am getting the message' "Check that your device has an internet connection."
I have a connection. I tried both 2.4 & 5 ghz.
The app worked fine until about a week or so ago.
Please give me suggestions to fix this before I start screaming like a little gurl!

Hi @dknolte,
I would try removing the SimpliSafe mobile app from your device and then redownloading it first. If that does not work, it would be helpful to learn a little more about your device setup. What type of Android do you have? Are cookies disabled on your phone browser? Do you have a VPN?
