Since the update of the SimpliSafe app the thumbnails of camera events / motion is blank.

Hi @scottrodgers101,
If you haven't already, I would try removing the SimpliSafe mobile app from your device and then redownloading it to see if that resolves this issue. If it does not, please let us know and we can investigate further.

I have the same problem but when you pull down and refresh the page it all works again, at least for me
