All my Smoke Detectors are sounding-off while I am away and I can't set my House /alarm to AWAY while the Smoke Detectors are sounding, even though I disabled them all!

@captain11 is correct. You can think of the Home/Away/Off setting as really only applying to the intruder sensors (and the Smart Alarm Indoor Camera if you have one). Components like the 2-in-1 Smoke & CO Detector and the Smoke Detector are active at all times.
Though I'm curious about what you mean by "sounding off". If you've only just recently set up or recently replaced a battery, you might be hearing the Tamper Switch warning. You can learn about that here.

@rwcampbellasla Need a bit more information/clarification. First, your smoke sensors are either on, connected, and active, or they have to be completely removed from your system. There is no way to "disable" them. Did you fully remove them from your system? If so, you should be able to use the app to shut off your system or arm to away or home.
