Account suspended. No access
My account has been suspended because of SimpliSafes inability to take payment. Every time I try to make a payment I get an unexpected error message. My account is now suspended and when I try to reactivate I get a request to process payment after attempting multiple payment sources I always get same unexpected error message and am asked to reach out to customer service. After multiple calls and chats and hours trying to resolve this I have received no help. Every representative states they're sorry and leave it at that. I've talked to supervisors with no help either. I have paid for a system that is effectively useless and I have no way too access.
