Why the hell doesn't anyone respond to me on chat?
Been working on a glass sensor not being recognized by the base after having done everything that Simplisafe has suggested (WELL OVER AN HOUR). I miss the days of being able to speak with a real human being!

@markkeyser if you let us know what troubleshooting steps you already tried to reconnect your Glassbreak Sensor to your system, we can help troubleshoot further here in the Community.
And of course, you can always call our Support team to speak with an agent in real time.
