Entry Sensor on garage overhead doors
Without buying and testing it out does anyone know-
I have Motion Sensors paralleling the inside surface of the overhead garage doors. (For if someone comes through a panel so it would not detect door position) These doors are the newer style of metal framed door panels and have track rails very near them with a lot of roller/cable activity in use. I'm wanting to put Entry Sensors on these doors so I will know they are closed when arming at night.
That said, where are you folks putting the sensors when installing them and will all the metal interfere with the magnetic sensors?
Thanks
