If you haven't already, let's make sure your settings are correct. To check this, on your Keypad press the menu button and then enter your Master PIN. In the menu select
System Settings and scroll down until you see the options for
Chime Volume and
Base StationLight and verify that those settings are correct. If you have verified and those settings are correct, try performing a Base Station reset following these instructions:
Remove the power adapter.
Using a Phillips-head screwdriver, remove the screw holding the battery cover in place, and then remove the battery cover.
Remove one of the batteries from the Base Station--this ensures there is no power going to the Base Station, which is important--and wait for about 10-15 seconds.
Reinsert the battery.
Close the battery compartment and use the screwdriver to reseal it.
@MattR768 When trying to connect your Base Station to your Wi-Fi network, is it unable to find any networks, or can it just not find your specific network?
I would recommend trying an elongated version of a Base Station reset to help it find your network.
Unplug the power cord from the Base Station and use a Phillips Head screwdriver to remove the screw below the plug.
Remove the bottom cover and remove one battery from the Base Station.
Wait three minutes with one battery out and the power cord unplugged. This will power down the Base Station.
Plug the power cord back in without inserting the battery or putting the bottom cover back on.
With the battery left out and the cover off, go back to the Keypad and search for your Wi-Fi network again. Your network should hopefully appear now.
Once the Base Station has connected to Wi-Fi, put the battery you removed back into the device - this will ensure that the Base Station stays on. Then you can then remove the power cord, put the battery cover and screw back on, and then plug the power cord back in again.
