How do I Purchase and Schedule my Pro Setup Service by OnTech?

OnTech’s Pro Setup service can be added at any time, whether you purchase your system through SimpliSafe.com or a third-party retailer. We recommend that you have your system in hand at the location it will be installed at before purchasing and scheduling your service installation with OnTech.

Pro Setup packages by OnTech are tailored to fit your system’s specific needs. To purchase OnTech Pro Setup, visit OnTech’s Pro Setup website and choose Shop Installations. Alternatively, you can place your Pro Setup order over the phone by calling 888-252-5629.

You’ll want to ensure that you purchase a package that covers your Base Station, Keypad, and all of your sensors. Camera installations may be purchased separately for an additional fee.

If purchasing online, add all of the service packages to your cart and then select your cart from the upper right corner of the screen. Choose Proceed to Scheduling, then follow the on-screen prompts to select an appointment date/time and checkout with your payment method.
