Since the update, my keypads are constantly showing an “Out of range” message and many sensors keep telling me that the various sensors are not connected. All of these issues began with the firmware update? HELP!

We have been investigating incidents of the Base Station showing a green light for an unknown reason. The Base Station should only show a green light when the Video Doorbell Pro’s button is pressed.   We have seen some users report that they see the green light even if their Video Doorbe

I also have a green base station and none of my doorbell chime. When I look the keypad doesn’t seem to me connecting with the base station
