Why did SimpliSafe push out a firmware update at 4:00 AM EDT that caused the base station to start making a loud alert noise that cause both my wife and I to awaken? How can this be considered customer friendly? I had to get out of bed to put my code to mute the alert alarm. Then to top it off, I had selected to update later, but the update proceeded. Then once completed the base station in a very loud voice state update completed.
