@emily_s​ spoke with customer service today and it was deemed that my base station was completely bricked from the update. A new unit is being mailed to me.

My base station is no longer responsive after this update failed. I removed batteries from my keypad and replaced. Then I unplugged my base station and removed batteries, then replaced them. My base station is still completely unresponsive, and my sy
