Smart lock Mounting Bracket

I have talked to customer service and they are no help. I moved and lost the metal mounting plate to my smart lock. The representative I spoke with claims I can find them online but I have looked everywhere and can’t find one. Does anyone know where I can purchase one?

How can these locks be out of stock for so long?

I need the lock mounting bracket as well. We moved and the bracket went somewhere but not with the lock. Can I get a new one?
