I've used the app to turn the base station light off, yet it's still on. I've saved the changes, I've toggled it off and on in the app multiple times over a few days, always saving the changes, and the light is still on. I've restarted the app, and the app state reports that the light is off, but it

Hello, I am having issues where the doorbell camera will not capture motion directly in front of it. For example, I had someone walk up to about 2 feet directly infront of the camera, drop off packages, walk away, and the camera did not detect it. But, then it'll detect people walking 10 feet awa

@peggy you are correct about the web portal not using your mobile app settings, however I tried moving the settings on the web portal and it didn't help at all. Still no movement unless someone stands right in front of it for a few seconds.

Hello, my current doorbell is not directly in front of my door, it's on the side wall facing the other entry wall. Will a camera be able to capture images enough to make this work? I see the angle it captures is 120 degrees so wondering if this would be worth it since I already have the alarm system
Okay thank you. Probably an easier analogy is that if you're looking at my front door with your arms stretched straight out from your sides, my doorbell is at the tip of the left hand.

I'm sure this has been asked a million times and I've googled and googled but maybe it's my age lol. I have all my doors/windows on "instant trigger" because I'm a scaredy cat, but when I came home today and didn't disarm from my app first (it was on the "away" feature), I figured I had a minute to
