Wife Unable to Sign In

New user(s): I have no issues with the app on ios, but we are new subscribers and my wife downloaded the app (ios) but keeps getting an error message when using my log in to sign in? Not sure what we need to try so she can use the app? She is listed on the account

I think I fixed the problem? I added my wife's mobile number under multi factor authentication, within account settings in the app which helped but the code whe she does it under her mobile number bounces the code to my mobile instead of hers? (which

App Trouble

Hello, I am trying to log in on my SimpliSafe app because it logged me out. It keeps giving me an error message and I cannot log back in. Can you help me please?
