Just discovered that neither of my keychain remotes are working. Changed batteries with (confirmed) fresh batteries, checked battery spring, etc. System device check says that they are "OK", and yet they don't work. Any ideas?

I had the same problem with original Simplisafe. I rebooted the base station. Took the batteries out of the fobs for > 2 minutes then replaced them. One worked, one didn't. Turns out the "new" battery was not so new. The keyfob also immediately co
