Hi @ikopecky , The Smart Lock's thumb turn should turn all the way. It sounds like your Smart Lock needs to be recalibrated so it can remember the correct locked and unlocked positions on your door. You can recalibrate the Smart Lock using the Ke

installing my smart lock and noticing the thumb turn doesn’t go a full 180 degrees. Is this by design? when I manually engage the deadbolt and then try to retract it, about 1/2” stays exposed so the door can’t be opened. This appears to be because the thumb turn doesn’t go the full 180. anyone run
