Why am I giving this information to a pop up screen when I am trying to log in? I am angry at trying to notify SimpliSafe that I do not want my personal information sold or given away and it is asking me so many questions.

@captain11​ Perhaps both options available because many don't feel the same as you do. Or a requirement for the safe word prior to the push of a button to cancel?  I would be for that option too (even though I don't recall setting up a safe wor

We purchased a new house & want to use the system that was left behind, including the doorbell camera which the old owner never removed from the account. I have attempted to reach out to the previous home owners to deactivate their account but they have been unresponsive. I spoke live with a Sim

I am confused.....if the account was in your name for the monitoring for SimpliSafe then it seems like you could just deactivate the account. How can they reactivate it using the camera if it is your purchase from SimpliSafe?  Hopefully then th
