I don't know if it was luck or a recent firmware update, but I accidentally set the alarm off three days ago, and the sirens stopped sounding when I cancelled the alarm.

I purchased the SimpliSafe video doorbell a little over a month ago. It will pick up motion when it feels like it. Sometimes it will pick up a car driving down the street. It very very rarely picks up motion when my packages get delivered and if it does it only catches them leaving the door and when

I should add that my connection is fine. It just doesn't pick up motion (and most of what it needs to see would be moving from right to left or left to right across the frame).

I have this same issue with one of my two doorbell cameras. Even when set to the highest sensitivity it never picks up any cars or activity on the road or driveway. It will go off when something big walks by close to it, but nothing at a distance at

Is there a fix yet to this problem? We have triggered the alarm numerous times accidentally. We have tried to cancel the alarm through the phone app, with the Key fob and still, the cameras continue to sound the siren. Very frustrating!

I installed my new system today. While in practice mode I activated the alarm. When I entered my code on the keypad, the base unit alarm stopped but the camera alarm outside did not. The camera alarm is right outside the room where the base unit is l

Both of my Cams occasionally slip into a video display that looks grey/cloudy. Anybody else seeing this and is there a way to stop it. Plenty of daylight available. Happens randomly.
