Same thing here but the website doesn’t state it’s not compatible to this brand. Only after I find an issue trying to install it is that I searched to see if maybe I missed where it stated Kwikset was not compatible do I find it’s known and yet not resolved nor noted. SimpliSafe update your website as this is something you’re aware or find solution with a different plate but it’s quite annoying having to now find alternatives
