Entry Sensor Parts

Is there somewhere we can get replacement parts for the entry sensors? The piece that has the adhesive on it (not the adhesive strips themselves).  I didn't have time to fully remove them and I slid the sensor and magnet out before they replaced my windows.

Can I get a replacement for the entry sensor part that attaches to the window casing? It is the larger of the two parts. I have the mounting bracket and part that attaches to the window sash. The window roller shade bottom bar gets stuck under the
