Worthless Cameras

Cameras constantly drop signal and go offline in time of need. They hardly ever connect for more than thirty seconds if at all. Constantly freeze up then drop all together. My elderly Mother has exactly the same problem with her system. The outdoor cameras are nearly worthless in that they take forever to "wake up" if they ever do wake up.  The event has long passed.  I talked to tech services and I reset the
